2. General Description of the Service

Fundorena is a modern indoor and outdoor leisure center located on the Feldberg in the Black Forest region. Covering more than 4.000 m², it offers a wide range of activities for children, families, groups, and school classes. These include a trampoline park, climbing areas, puzzle-based team games, and play zones for all ages.

Main attractions include:

  • Multi-level trampoline park (from age 2)

  • Indoor high ropes course and climbing forest (from age 5)

  • Boulder arena, Kids Funpark, Freestyle Jump

  • Seasonal outdoor climbing forest

  • Team-based puzzle game “X Mind Arena” (from age 16)

  • Event area “Chicco’s Lounge”

Booking is available online via www.fundorena.com (booking button on each activity page).

 

3. Online Service Process (from the User’s Perspective)

  1. Select desired activity

  2. Click the booking button

  3. Choose date and time

  4. Enter contact information and complete the booking

  5. Receive confirmation by email

  6. Present confirmation digitally or printed at check-in

 

4. On-site Accessibility Information

We aim to make your visit to Fundorena as pleasant and accessible as possible. Below you will find information about on-site accessibility:

  • Step-free access to Fundorena is available via a ground-level side entrance.
    Please report to our information desk (reception) to use this entrance.

  • A barrier-free restroom is located in the main area, which is wheelchair accessible.

  • Key areas such as the reception, lounge, and indoor activity zones are wheelchair accessible.

  • Some attractions (e.g. trampoline areas or high ropes courses) require independent mobility and are not wheelchair accessible.

5. Compliance with Accessibility Requirements (BFGSV)

The website www.fundorena.com complies with key requirements of the German Ordinance on Accessible Information Technology (BITV 2.0) and the international Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.1), Level AA.
